Shipping Information:
- Orders currently are being shipped from my studio in the United Kingdom.
- Orders are shipped using Royal Mail.
- International orders are all sent through Royal Mail using the tracked and signed service, which is the most secure option.
- International orders usually are delivered between 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please note these are from the date of dispatch, not the purchase date. Shipping may also be delayed due to Covid-19, please contact me and I can help you further. Information is directly from the Royal Mail website.
- I am to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days from the purchase date.
- To use tracking numbers, please enter them into the Royal Mail website.
- In very rare circumstances of lost mail, please contact Royal Mail where they will be able to investigate further for you. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are sent out.
Returns:
- All sales are final, and I am not currently accepting returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before finalising your purchase!
Commissions:
- I am currently taking on new commissions! You can refer to my commission information page for more details, but for more specific information and prices don't hesitate to contact me over on Twitter, Instagram, or email.
- Depending on how busy I am commissions can take up to 1-2 weeks to complete.
- I am currently offering portraiture, tattoo design, canvas, and trinket box commission services. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have bigger or other projects in mind!
Collaborations:
- I am definitely open to artistic collaborations, please contact me to discuss all collaboration requests!
Can I use your artwork as my profile picture or cover photo?
- Sure! But please credit me and my work in either the bio or image description.
Can I use your artwork in tattoo designs?
- Usually it's a yes, but please contact me first as some of my designs have already been bought and tattooed before.
- I also require a fee in order to use my artwork as a tattoo.
- I also am going to offer 'Tattoo Tokens' in which you can ask me to design a custom piece for you, or you can choose one of my pre-existing designs. As long as it hasn't already been bought!

What do you use to paint your canvases with?
- I currently paint all my canvases with acrylic paint, finished with a protective gloss varnish.
Do you take gallery event requests?
- I do! I've had my work put on exhibition in multiple independent galleries throughout the Cardiff area. Please contact me to discuss!
How do you say your shop name?
- It's based on my surname, Keohane! Or you can just call me Kate. A little easier to remember!
